4. Price and payment

 

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website or quoted are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and other fees, if any, are shown before transaction confirmation.

 

Payment must be made according to the method and time specified during booking. Online payments are processed by secure payment providers; Phantom VIP Service does not retain your full payment card details once they are processed by an external provider.

 

For customized trips, the price is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any significant changes to the route, number of passengers, waiting time, stops, luggage, or other requirements may result in a price adjustment, which will be communicated to you whenever possible.

 

5. Cancellation, modification and refund

 

Any prepaid reservation cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time is eligible for a full refund, subject to rights provided by applicable laws.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service and no-shows at the agreed place or time are generally not eligible for a refund.

 

To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the name associated with the reservation and the trip details. Rights under the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws are not limited by these Terms and Conditions.

 

6. Punctuality and waiting times

 

The client must be ready at the agreed place and time. It is recommended to allow sufficient time, particularly for airport transfers, busy periods, and adverse weather conditions.

 

Phantom VIP Service plans its journeys carefully, but cannot guarantee travel times when circumstances beyond its control occur, including traffic, roadworks, road or weather conditions, closures, accidents, flight delays or measures taken by authorities.

Any delays or changes requested by the client may incur additional charges. Whenever possible, these charges will be communicated before being applied.

7. Passengers, luggage and security

 

The number of passengers and the amount of luggage must be indicated at the time of booking so that we can confirm a suitable vehicle. The customer must respect the vehicle's capacity and the driver's safety instructions.

 

All passengers must behave respectfully and safely. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the vehicles. Any abusive, dangerous, illegal, or damaging behavior may result in service interruption, to the extent permitted by law.

 

The customer is responsible for material damage caused to the vehicle by himself or by persons under his responsibility, unless the damage is not attributable to him.

 

For children, the customer must inform us in advance of any need for a car seat or restraint device. Applicable safety requirements must be met.

 

8. Responsibility

Phantom VIP Service is committed to providing its services with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for any indirect losses, delays, costs, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including road or weather conditions, flight delays, closures, construction work, acts of God, or the actions of third parties.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that a consumer cannot waive under the laws applicable in Quebec.

9. Use of the Website

 

You agree to use the site legally and respectfully. In particular, it is forbidden to:

 

• transmitting false, misleading, fraudulent information or information belonging to another person without authorization;

• attempt to access Phantom VIP Service's website, forms, systems or data without authorization;

• using the site in a way that may disrupt its operation or infringe on the rights of others;

• reproduce, copy, modify or exploit the content of the site without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

The content of this website, including but not limited to text, visuals, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphic elements, and layout, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
